Overview

Deployment refers to setting up and activating payment terminals for merchants to process transactions securely and efficiently.

1.Workflow 

Open → In Progress

  • Change status when work begins.
  • Ensures ticket is handled within 24 hours.

Waiting for Response

  • If ISO/merchant confirmation is required.
  • Make 3 call attempts.
  • If no response, send email and document notes.

Ready to Deploy

  • After receiving required information.
  • Create equipment and generate invoice.
  • If no confirmation needed, move directly from In Progress → Ready to Deploy.

Waiting on Merchant

  • After equipment & invoice creation.
  • Add shipment fee and equipment charges.
  • Complete shipment process.

Closed

  • Close ticket once merchant processes over $30 and ISO confirms.
  • If not processed, keep ticket open.
  • Leads to ticket closure.

2.Shipping Conditions

Case 1 – Ship to Specified Address

  • Ship to merchant or ISO address as mentioned in ticket.

Case 2 – Office Pickup

  • No shipment created.
  • Manually update Deployment Tracking & Terminal Received.

Case 3 – Overnight / Rush

  • Create overnight shipment.
  • Apply expedited shipping charges.

3. Invoice Condition

  • Create invoice under Merchant or ISO as specified in ticket.
  • India adds deployment fee.
  • NY adds shipping & other charges.

4.Follow-Up Process

  • Contact merchant/ISO by phone after terminal receipt.
  • If no response, send up to 3 follow-up emails.
  • After the final attempt, close the ticket if no response is received.

5.Special Condition – Online Sales Office

  • India team does not handle tickets for the first 3 days (NY team priority).
  • On Day 4, request permission to proceed.
  • For Online Sales Office, send up to 6 follow-ups before closure.
  • For other offices, standard 3 follow-ups apply.


6.Restricted Offices – Follow-Up

We have been advised not to send emails to certain ISOs. Please review the restricted list before sending any follow-up communication.
