Cannot batch due to old IPs conflicting - Restaurant / Retail

  1. Confirm Batches and Authorizations in the Back-End

    • Log into CBOS and AccessOne.

    • Review and confirm all open batches and pending authorizations to ensure no issues or discrepancies exist.

  2. Enter V#(replace V with 7) 
    - Confirm batches and time. 

  3. Verify New IP Settings

    • Double-check that the new IP addresses are entered correctly in the relevant system or terminal configurations.

    • Ensure they match the approved settings from the network or deployment team.

  4. Allow Time for Batching Error to Resolve

    1. If a batching error persists, note that it is expected to clear automatically within 24 to 48 hours.

  5. No further action is typically required unless the issue persists beyond that timeframe.
