Obtain a New VAR Sheet
Make sure you have the most recent and accurate VAR sheet from the processor.
Outdated or incorrect VAR details can cause authorization failures.
Re-Build the PinPad Configuration
Open BroadPOS or the applicable terminal management software.
Rebuild the PinPad configuration using the new VAR sheet information.
Save and push the updated file to the device.
Test Again
After the rebuild, run a test transaction to verify the issue is resolved.
