You may want to download the latest version of POSLINK. First, go to broadPOS and go to terminal management, and type in the serial number of the pinpad in question (Solution only works for A35's and A920's)
From there go to push task and make sure they have a POSLINK within their operation history.
If not you will have to download it hitting the Push App button and typing POSLINK
Then type in POSLINK in the search bar and download "POSLINK DEMO"
If that doesnt work, Check Communication Settings in the File Build in BROADPOS, which will be located under BroadPOS TSYS Sierra
Ensure that All communication types are Ethernet (Or LAN)
, Make sure IPS match on the JK and the pinpad as well. Go to the JK and click Setup
Then click on Hardware
Then hit Payment, (Password is neo3636) and ensure the IP is the same as the one showed on the pinpad. next steps will follow how to find the IP on the A35/A920
TO find the IP on the A35 or A920, go to the pinpad and click on Tsys Sierra
Then the Ip address will appear on the top on the screen, sometimes, it will disappear, just press the top right corner and it should appear again
Check if Ethernet is enabled on the PINPAD as well. Start from the first screen again and go to settings
Go to wifi and make sure its ON. If the device is plugged in to Ethernet, make sure Ethernet is ON and Wifi is OFF(not shown in example due to lack of an A35)
AND If all else fails RESET THE ROUTER!
