Task description:

Workflow:

• Upon receiving an error, If the root cause is identified and we know the solution, if we can update, we do by our end else notify the corresponding vendor/agent with a solution to resolve. 
• If the cause is unclear, create a ticket in the TMS VAR sheet to investigate and, based on the response, contact the relevant vendor/agent.
• Fill the TMS like below.
  • Company name: Merchant Industry 
  •  Requestor: Your name
  • Request Email: Your email
  • Var platform: Sierra 
  • Issue: Other 

Process:

• Perform a VLOOKUP to identify and update the necessary details, ensuring that duplicates are removed. Update the corrected data in the actual sheet. 
• Use the transaction details in the CRM to locate the exact terminal and the V#. Correct the error if possible; otherwise, send an email to the corresponding vendor or agent requesting an update.
• Verify the details using Maintenance, CBOS-Discover Registration, V#, and also the Portal. If an error is identified, correct it accordingly.
• After correcting the details, ensure the merchant downloads the updated information so that it reflects properly in the terminal. 

History of errors:

1. Postal & state Code does not match with the Postal Code on file

4. Required field Field24 is missing
5. Chip Card Data Sdr 13 Seq 2
