Bypassing "WAITING FOR CUSTOMER TO SIGN PAD" Error - Restaurant

  1. Navigate to the Setup Menu
    From the main interface, go to Setup to access configuration options.

  2. Select Hardware Options
    In the Setup menu, click on Hardware to view hardware configuration settings.

  3. Go to Payment Tab
    Within the Hardware Options section, click on the Payment tab. Enter password "neo3636"

  4. Locate the Setting checkbox
    Check or uncheck to fix.

  5. Restart if Necessary
    If the signature pad is not responding or settings don’t apply, restart the terminal or system to ensure proper functionality.
