Needs report and function on JK not working

  1. Go to Setup from the main menu.

  2. Open the Store Information section.

  3. Verify that the email address entered is correct and active.

    • This is the address the system uses to send reports and communications.

  4. If the email is missing or incorrect, update it and save the changes.

  5. Retry sending the report or function that was previously failing.
