How to Fix Receipt Printing Issues (Only Printing a Sliver)

  1. Uninstall all printers using the Bixolon software, except for the PDF printer.

  2. In JK Software, switch the default printer to the PDF printer.

  3. Attempt to print a receipt — the system will prompt you to save as a PDF.

  4. After confirming it looks correct, reinstall your actual receipt printer using the same installer as above. 

  5. Restart the computer to apply the changes.

  6. Return to JK Setup > Hardware, and switch the printer selection back to your actual printer.

  7. Printing should now work correctly and print the full receipt instead of just a sliver.
