Uninstall all printers using the Bixolon software, except for the PDF printer.
In JK Software, switch the default printer to the PDF printer.
Attempt to print a receipt — the system will prompt you to save as a PDF.
After confirming it looks correct, reinstall your actual receipt printer using the same installer as above.
Restart the computer to apply the changes.
Return to JK Setup > Hardware, and switch the printer selection back to your actual printer.
Printing should now work correctly and print the full receipt instead of just a sliver.
