Go to Setup in the JK software.
Navigate to Hardware, then open the Hardware 3 tab.
Ensure the Customer Facing Screen option is turned on.
Visually check the customer screen to see if it powers on or displays anything.

Verify Display Resolution
The customer-facing screen must be set to a resolution of 1145 x 745 in Windows Display Settings.Adjust Display Positioning
In Display Settings, try changing the screen arrangement:If the secondary display is currently positioned on the right, move it to the left, or vice versa.
Confirm changes and test if the screen activates properly.
