1) How do I change my Bank Account for Funds to be deposited into?
If there’s been a change to your business’ bank account, we strongly suggest notifying us as soon as possible. This is ultimate to prevent funding delays and possible interruption to your business. Your business bank account on file can be updated by creating a ticket and uploading the required documents (Bank Document, ACH Agreement) in ISO Access. Contact our Back Office team should you have additional questions.
2) Requesting a volume Increase
We understand that a business can grow and at times, monthly volume and transaction size will increase. In this event, we ask that you please utilize ISO access and place a ticket for the Risk department with your expected volume/ticket size. Our Risk Department will reach out to you should they need further information or advise if the request was approved.
