Clover Setup Call Script

Introduction:
- "Hello, my name is [Your Name], and I’m calling from Merchant Industry. I’m reaching out regarding your Clover device. I understand you need a walkthrough on how to use it. Is now a good time to go over that with you?"
Ask About Inventory:
- "Before we dive in, do you have inventory set up on your Clover device?"
- If yes, proceed to the next steps. If no, guide them to set up inventory by following these steps:
Inventory Setup:
- "Let's start by adding an item to your inventory. Please click on the 'Inventory' icon on your Clover device."
- "Now, tap the green plus button at the bottom right of the screen."
- "Enter all the details for the item you’re adding. For example, let's say we’re adding a soft drink. Enter the name of the item and set the price."
- "Once you’ve added all the details, click 'Save'."
Modifiers Setup:
- "Now, let's add a modifier to the item. While still in the inventory section, click on 'Modifiers'."
- "Tap the green button, and it will prompt you to enter the name of the modifier group. For example, we could add ‘Size’ as a modifier group."
- "Once you enter the modifier group name, it will take you to the 'Edit Modifier Group' page. Tap 'Save'."
- "You’ll be returned to the 'Modifier' page. Now click on the modifier group name you just created, and it will take you back to the 'Edit Modifier Group' page."
- "In the bottom left corner, hit the blue 'Add Modifier' button. For example, we can add a ‘Small Soft Drink’ modifier with its price."
- "Once you’ve entered the modifier details, click ‘Save’. It will bring you back to the 'Edit Modifier Group' page."
- "To add another size, tap 'Add Modifier' again and type in ‘Large Soft Drink’ with its price. Hit ‘Save’ when you're done."
Making Transactions:
- "Next, let’s move to making transactions. Go to the 'Register' icon on the Clover device."
- "Tap the item you just added to the inventory, for example, the Soft Drink."
- "Now, tap the green 'Pay' button to complete the transaction."
Manual Transactions:
- "If you ever need to process a manual transaction, you can do so by tapping the three dots in the top right corner."
- "In the dropdown menu, select ‘Custom Item’. A keypad will pop up where you can type in any price you want."
- "Once you've entered the price, click the green 'Add Item' button."
- "Finally, tap the 'Pay' button to complete the transaction."
Adding Employees:
- "Let’s move on to adding employees. To do that, click on the 'Employees' icon."
- "Tap the green plus button at the bottom to add a new employee."
- "Enter the employee’s information and hit 'Save'."
Viewing Reports:
